Job Description
Title: Designer

Location: Singapore - Singapore

Description: A Designer participates in a wide variety of experiences contributing to design strategy concepts and refinements. Through the diversity of opportunities and mentoring from senior personnel it is expected that the Designer will learn and grow in design, technical, analytical and presentation skills as well as develop an understanding of strategic design. A Designer is responsible for project execution and focuses on learning in the areas of LPK culture and the Brand Builder Process. A Designer must be proactive and responsive in seeking work that supports the team, the creative unit and the company.

Essential Functions Job Requirements
- Support brand team in all phases of project, including but not limited to preparing presentation assets and package design concepts, adapting design concepts and collecting images for theme boards.
- Develop strategic design concepts and refinements that meet project objectives and are engaging, compelling and proprietary.
- Assist Creative leadership with managing project details as assigned.
- Remain current with competitive sets and trends.
- Learn and practice File Ready requirements.
- Attend all Creative Services training sessions as provided by the Director of Creative Services.
- Proactively seek coaching and training opportunities from team leadership.

Prerequisites
- Four year degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education or experience.
- Minimal experience in relevant design industry.
- Ability to execute design solutions in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Ability to use Adobe Acrobat and Apple Keynote or similar presentation software.
- Portfolio that demonstrates ability to strategically develop design solutions.
- Fluency in English.
