A Senior Designer must consistently demonstrate creative excellence and the ability to manage projects. He/She supports the Design Director and may be responsible for a brand or project within a brand in a global team environment. He/She also contributes to projects by providing design solutions and rationale that align with client objectives. The Senior Designer must oversee the selected design into design refinement, design adaptation, and design implementation phases.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Fluency in English
• Design degree from an institution of higher education
• 5 - 8 years work experience
• Working knowledge of CS2 Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Strength in effectively communicating design rationale to the client
• Ability to incorporate strategic and analytical thinking into the design process
• Desire to supportively work with others in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of printing processes and superior attention to detail
